5.1 Control: Establish of the gun cleaner
The following instructions must be read and must be completely understood before you start working
with the gun cleaner.
Spray guns can be cleaned in several manners by means of this machine:
- Pressure feed guns can be cleaned without the cup.
- Suction feed guns can be cleaned without the cup (to be recommended!)
- Pressure feed guns can be cleaned with cup.
Establish the washing machine good, before you start with cleaning the spray guns.
Put the black switch in horizontal position. Push the black button and hold this for 40 seconds. The clean
solvent is transferred automatically through the wash container in the empty can. Place the black switch
back in vertical position. Close the flap of the wash container. Check if the membrane pump works
properly, by putting the timer on 1 minute and push the black button once.
5.2 Pumping of the clean solvent
Pump approximately 7-8 litres of solvent in the right jerry can of the gun cleaner.
Check if the membrane pump of the automatic washing works properly.
The pump must make 40-50 beats per minute.
Close the flap of the wash container.

Put the black switch in vertical position.
Push the black button and hold this for 40 seconds.
The clean solvent is transferred automatically through the wash container in the empty can.
Place the black switch in horizontal position.
Check, by opening the flap if the dilution has run through the basin.
Close the flap of the wash container.
Check if the membrane pump works properly, by putting the timer on 1 minute.
Push the black button once. The timer is running and the spray gun is now being cleaned.
After finishing one can clean the pray gun with clean solvent. Put the switch in horizontal position and
push the black button for 5 seconds. Put the switch back in vertical position. The spray gun has now been
cleaned with clean solvent from the in and of outside.
5.3 Cleaning of suction feed guns (without cup)
Remove the cup of the gun. Put the remaining paint contents in an external cup. Pull the trigger by use of
the hook and close the air entrance with the conic stopper.
Place the air gun as from the side where painting comes in the gun and place the cup upside down on the
concerned holder. Now close the flap of the washing machine and activate the membrane pump. Set the
timer on 5 minutes. Make sure that the trigger of the spray gun is kept open by the supplied trigger
holders.
Please note: The black switch must be in horizontal position!!
Press once on the black button. The timer is now running and the spray gun is now being cleaned.
After finishing one can clean the spray gun with clean solvent. One puts the switch in vertical position and
pushes the black button for 5 seconds. Put the switch back in horizontal position. The spray gun has now
been cleaned with clean solvent from the in and of outside.
5.4 Cleaning of gravity feed guns (with cup)
[ NOT recommended! ]
Put the remaining paint contents in an external cup. Remove the lid of the gun. Pull the trigger by use of
the hook and close the air entrance with the conic stopper. Adjust the adjustable knob of the spray gun
and place the gun as from the opening of the cup (upside down) over the long pipe with nozzle. Place the
lid with the inside down on its holder. Close, when these operations are carried out, the flap of the
washing container and activate the membrane pump. Set the timer on ± 12 minutes. Make sure that the
trigger of the spray gun is kept open by the supplied trigger holders.
Please note: The black switch must be in horizontal position!!
Press once on the black button. The timer is now running and the spray gun is now being cleaned.
After finishing one can clean the spray gun with clean solvent. One puts the switch (afb.1) in vertical
position and pushes the black button for 5 seconds. Put the switch back in horizontal position. The spray
gun has now been cleaned with clean solvent from the in and of outside.
