One can clean 2 spray guns at the same time. In the same time one can also use the manual supplies, for
cleaning other parts.
If the spray gun has not been cleaned sufficiently, one must extend the time of cleaning or manual
remove the last bits. For this is on the outside side of the washing machine two possibilities are present.
These manual supplies must be integrated manually.

5.5 Cleaning of gravity feed guns (without cup)

Put the remaining paint contents in an external cup. Remove the cup of the gun. Pull the trigger by use of
the hook and close the air entrance with the conic stopper. Place the air gun as from the side where
painting comes in the gun and place the cup upside down on the concerned holder. Now close the flap of
the washing machine and activate the membrane pump. Set the timer on 5 minutes. Make sure that the
trigger of the spray gun is kept open by the supplied trigger holders.
Please note: The black switch must be in horizontal position!!
Press once on the black button. The timer is now running and the spray gun is now being cleaned.
After finishing one can clean the spray gun with clean solvent. One puts the switch in vertical position and
pushes the black button for 5 seconds. Put the switch back in horizontal position. The spray gun has now
been cleaned with clean solvent from the in and of outside.

5.6 Drying of the components

At the end of each washing process the cleaned components must be dried with a clean (not fluffy) cloth.

5.7 Cleaning of cans and barges up to 5 litres

Empty the remaining contents of the can in an external barge. Place the can upside down on the small
pipe. Close, when these operations are carried out, the flap of the washing container and activate the
membrane pump. Set the timer on 10 minutes.
Please note: The black switch must be in horizontal position!!
Press the black button once. The timer is now running and the spray gun is now being cleaned.

5.8 Description semi-automatic last cleaning (in the washing machine)

Put the black switch in the horizontal position. By pressing the black button clean solvent is transported to
the nozzles in the washing container. Do not push the black button longer than 10 seconds, because
otherwise too much clean solvent is pumped from the barrel. At the end of each washing process it is
recommend to check the spray gun or spray guns. If not all components are well cleaned, clean these
parts manually.

6 Manual last cleaning

1. Remove the components in the basin and put them on the grating table.
2. Clean the components with clean solvent, integrated by the switch.
3. Clean the components with clean solvent spray by switch.

7 Ending of the cleaning

Deactivate the vapour extraction. After finishing the activities it recommended to close the lid.
