INTRODUCTION
BRAVO TURBOMAX 12/24 V and TURBOMAX KIT are the ultimate 12/24 V DC electric Inflator that stands alone
for reliability and function.The TURBOMAX has two powerful motors and when the pump starts it will be on a
high volume twin pump (turbine) until it reaches the required pressure. Once reaching the set pressure it will
automatically switch off.
Suggested Uses:
• Large Inflatable Boats (pumps 7 meter boat in 8 min)
• Lazarettes for Super Yachts
• Rafts, air mattresses, swimming pool floats, etc.
Characteristics:
• Capacity 1000 L/min
• 15 minute run time only (must cool down before re-used (20 min))
• Pressure 250 mbar (3.6 psi)
• Pressure can be regulated with auto shut off (175 to 250 mbar)
• Equipped with 2 x powerful motors on bearings mounted on an aluminum plate to disperse the heat
• Safety Fuse
• Screws, brackets and inflation connectors are standard supplied with the KIT versions
(codes 6130021 – 6130036)
• 3m high performance inflation tube is standard supplied with the portable versions
(codes 6130022 – 6130023)
• KIT versions are supplied without inflation hose: optional tube is supplied on demand on 25 mt roll lengths
• Option water tight box ( EDP 7401158 ) available for the KIT versions (codes 6130021 – 6130036)
• Option extra Connectors (EDP 7401159) available for the KIT versions (codes 6130021 – 6130036)
• Male /Female connector suitable for equipment with power up to 100A 12/24 Vdc

USE OF TURBOMAX 12/24 V
HOSE AND CORD STORAGE
• The 12/24 V DC cord and the air hose are located in the carry bag
• The accessories are also stored on the front of the unit.
FITTING THE ACCESSORIES
• Your inflator is supplied with the standard tapered nozzles
• and the needle inflator nozzle, these are located on
the front of the unit.
• Make sure that the main Switch is OFF
• Remove the high volume inflation hose from the storage location
• Press the air hose inside the port to inflate (OUT) or deflate (IN)
• Choose the correct valve-adapter from the universal
7-nozzle-kit supplied, depending on the specific valve
installed on your inflatable boat or structure.
A proper adapter has to firmly suit the valve and keep
the valve open during the inflation or deflation.
Adapters with inner cross-bar are most recommended
for electric pumps.
• Option Bayonet Valve-Adpaters, for a more stable connection,
are available at your closest Bravo Dealer
• Install the proper adapter on the inflation hose
• Connect the inflation hose to the valve of your inflatable boat or structure")
OPERATING THE INFLATOR
Connect the cord to your Power Supply (Battery, Vehicle or Boat)
WARNING: Make sure polarity is correct (Red to Positive).
With wrong polarity the Inflator WILL NOT START
WARNING: Exercise with care when connecting the cord to batteries in order not to short the battery
with conducting materials such as rings, bracelets and keys.
The battery or conductor may overheat and cause burns.
WARNING: Check the proper Power Voltage. Do not operate a 12 V DC inflator with a 24 V power supply
• Always fully extend the 12/24 V DC cord before each use.
• Set the Pressure Knob to the desired limit. WHEN DEFLATING SET TO 175 mbar.
• Press the Main Switch to ON
• Press the Start Switch to START
• The inflator will stop automatically when the inflatable reaches the set value
