This appliance is equipped with an electronic keypad device featuring a three-digit
display and LED to perform and follow all the cooking operations, (see fig. "Keypad").
Here is a list of the procedures for a safe and correct use of the appliance.
WARNING! Make sure that the basket is blocked properly by the side safety
brackets to avoid any inconveniences during rotation (lifting and return).

Give tension to the equipment:

Connect the appliance by turning on the main switch of the net system. The LED of
the control board near the key will lights up

Switch on the equipment:

Press the key

Automatic water filling of vat:

Turn selector
Once the water filling level has been reached the operation will be interrupted
automatically.
The level of water will be maintained automatically during the cooking cycle.

Starch skimming/manual filling of vat with water:

If you wish to use this function while cooking, gently turn the knob of the hot water tap
that is on the right/left side of the appliance.
