Connection of the device with installation of equalising electrical potentials.
The power cord should be flexible, oil-resistant, earthed, polychloroprene-coated - it can be made by the
manufacturer and available from him or in specialist repair shops!
Connecting the unit to the mains.
•
Only an authorized technician with a certificate for electrical works may connect the device to the
electrical grid.
•
The appliance should be connected to a 230V 50Hz one-phase socket equipped with a circuit breaker
In=30mA by means of a plug or directly to the power supply
3.2.CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTING TO THE GAS NETWORK
The premises for the installation of gas appliances must comply with the guidelines contained in the
Ordinance of the Minister of Spatial Management and Construction on the technical conditions to be met
by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of 15 June 2002).
If the appliance is to be installed in another country, the national regulations must be observed during
installation.
According to said national regulations, such rooms must have:
Height of at least 2.2m and ventilation to ensure air exchange above restaurant-type gas appliances with
exhaust to the flues, and for equipment with thermal power greater than 30kW, install sensors to turn off
the device in the case of the lack of chimney draft (Journal of Laws 75 of 12.04.2002. item 690 § 174 par. 10)
The pasta maker should be placed in a location that is easily accessible, away from combustible objects and
walls.
•
The volume of the kitchen space should meet the dependence: appliance power (W) / (divided by)
cubic volume of the room (m3) < 175W/m3.
•
Appliances adapted for propane-butane gas combustion cannot be installed below ground level (e.g.
cellars) and there must be no more than two 11 kg propane-butane cylinders in the room.
•
The cylinders should be located at least 1.5 m (5 ft) from heat emitters (heaters, stoves, etc.), except
for the set with cylinder cabinets.
Caution: If the device has a gas cylinder compartment, the compartment should be designed to fit only one
cylinder with a maximum load of 20kg. The total thermal load of the device (sum of all burner loads) should
not exceed 12 kW.
•
Do not place the cylinder near any appliances that generate sparks.
•
The cylinders should be stored in a vertical position and protected against impact, overturning, acciden-
tal displacement.
•
The temperature in the room where the cylinders are installed must not exceed 35°C.
The pasta boiler may be connected to a propane-butane tank or gas installation only by a person
