GB S 01 Operating instructions urinal flushing system
For further installation please note the following instructions:
1. Flush pipe.
2. Insert solenoid valve.
3. Install control.
4.
Install mains plug and power supply unit (230V, 50 Hz)
5. If necessary: Plug in the valve extension cable between the control and solenoid valve.
6. Feed through the sensor cable and plug in contact with sensor. Install ceramic and urinal inlet
Fittings.
Start-up:
1. Set sensor sensitivity.
The sensor range is set using the DIP switches on the control module:
Please ensure the following DIP switch settings at the control module:
- for KERAMAG Renova No. 1 Plan:
- forVITRA Matrix:
2. Set flushing time according to table (see below).
3. Self-test: LED flashes 3 x = ready for use.
Diagnosis: In the first 60 x use is indicated by the flashing LED.
Connect power supply:
- Connect 230V mains power plug
- Check that all plug-in contacts have been plugged in.
Functional test:
4. For approx. 50 ml water into the bowl (usual use area).The flushing occurs after a time delay
Approx. 8 s. Renewed user test approx. 10 s after flushing (after-run time).
