Install four rubber bumpers [06] on the bottom of the base [03].
Unfold the arm [02] to expose the attachment holes. Use the 8-32 x 1/2 in. screws
[05] and the 3/32 in. hex key [13] to attach the arm [02] to the base [03].
Install the arm stop [04] to prevent overextension of the arm [02] when used with
the base [03].
