Problem
The humidifier does not
produce steam or fog
The air is flowing, but no
vapour is produced

Possible cause
The plug is not connected in the wall

Remedy
The plug is not connected in the wall
socket properly.
Blackout.
Check the tank is properly inserted in the
unit.
Clean the disc as instructed in the manual.
Pour out the excess water.
Wash the tank and try again.
Clean the disc as instructed in the manual.
If you use hard water, start to use soft
water.
Clean the disc as instructed in the manual.
Replace it with lukewarm water.
Clean the humidifier thoroughly and fill
with fresh water.
Hard water can cause dust to build up.
Moisture produced by the humidifier also
helps the dust in the air to settle. If the
problem persists, use distilled water.
Disconnect the appliance from the wall
socket and fill the water tank with water.
Reduce the amount of steam.
Disconnect the appliance from the socket
and place it on a flat surface.
Do not aim the nozzle directly at objects
near the appliance. Place the unit on
a waterproof surface 60–90 cm above the
floor level.
Let the tank dry or tilt it and pour water
out before manipulating with the
appliance.
Make sure the unit is not standing on
a soft, absorbent surface.
Disconnect the appliance from the wall
socket and fill the water tank with water.
