Problem
Unit fails to power on
Unit is excessively noisy
Unit not shaking at proper speed
Unit not heating to proper temperature

Cause
Missing or blown fuse
Rattling or ticking sounds may indicate a loose
screw on the tray

RTD open or ±1ºC temperature deviation from
set-point (after unit has stabilized)
RTD shorted or temperature below 0ºC
Mechanical obstruction
Drive system failure
Ceased bearing
Drive belt broken
Improper positioning of load

Maximum load exceeded
Over temperature error

Check and replace fuse if necessary

Ensure the load is evenly distributed and does not exceed the maximum load
capacity for the unit. See "Load Sensing Function" on page 7-8.
Verify load has not exceeded the maximum allowable weight. Reduce load if
necessary.
If error code resumes, contact your VWR representative for repair.
