INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• The scale works with 1 battery type CR2032 of 3 V. (included).
• Open the lid place at the bottom by turning it in the OPEN direction and remove
the protective label from the batteries for the scale to work. Then you can
select the desired weight measure by pressing the button at the bottom side.
kg (kilogram) - lb (pounds) – st (stones).
• To close the lid, place it and turn it in the CLOSE direction.
• Place the scale on a horizontal, rigid surface.
• Do not place on carpets or any other soft surface, as the weight given would be erroneous.
• Ensure the surface where you place the bathroom scale and the platform of the scale
is dry to avoid slipping.
• Step on the scale and step off, disregarding the result. This process insure the scale
is set and it is ready to use. Do this whenever the scale is moved. Once done this
operation, you can use the scale normally.
• Stand for a few seconds until your weight shows on the display and flashes, and then
stays on.
• Do not jump on or off the scale.
• The appliance switches off automatically a few seconds after carrying out the
weighing operation.
• It is advisable to always weigh yourself at the same time, preferably before breakfast.
• Do not leave anything on the scale while not in use. The appliance will use up
the batteries.
• Do not immerse the body of the appliance in water. If necessary clean the scale with
a damp cloth.
• In cleaning do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers which
may deteriorate the surfaces of the appliance.
