Inspections and maintenance

Are the air outlet vents and the air
intake vents
blocked?
Please remove those blockages to ensure normal
operations of the unit.
Is the tip of the drain hose blocked by
dirt and grime?
If blocked, drainage of indoor condensate to the outdoor
drainage system will not be possible.
Wipe with a dry soft cloth. (If using synthetic dustcloth, please follow their
product instructions)
In the case where stubborn dirt is present, apply some mild kitchen detergent
(neutral type) and rub them out with a cloth and wipe with a dry cloth.
Avoid using hot water (40°C and above), thinner, other volatile substances,
polishes and etc.
Please engage your dealer to do the air conditioner cleaning service.
Servicing the unit by yourself may cause faulty operations and water leakage.
Due to the air conditioner are being used throughout many seasons, there will definitely be
accumulation of dust and dirt and reduction of performance.
Depending on your operating conditions, it will be common to see odour permeating, accumulation
of dust and dirt, causing those foul smelling drained condensate and waste water from the odour
wash.
It is recommended to engage our qualified technicians to do the repairs and inspections.
Please consult your dealer in regards to the costs of engaging them.
