The installation of the collet is performed in the reverse order to the removal.
REPLACEMENT OF COLLETS
Always use a correct collet, which is suitable for a working tool shank size, which is intended to be
used. Do not attempt to press a working tool shank of a larger diameter to a smaller collet.
Disconnect the tool from power supply.

Press and hold the spindle lock button (

Remove by loosening the collet nut (
●
Remove the collet „a" by sliding it out of the spindle (
●
Install a correct size collet.
●
Tighten the collet nut (
Do not tighten the collet nut all the way, if a working tool is not inserted.
REPLACEMENT OF ACCESSORIES
Before the replacement of working tools or a collet, or any maintenance works are commenced,
always remove the power cord plug from the mains socket.
● Press and hold the spindle lock button (4).

Loosen the collet nut (

Insert the working tool shank to the collet to prevent it from sliding during operation (

When the spindle lock button is pressed (
working tool shank (use the special spanner, if necessary) (fig. E).
The spindle lock button is used to fasten or remove a working tool. Do not use it for braking, when
the spindle is rotating.
INSTALLATION OF THE FLEXIBLE DRIVING SHAFT
Remove the power cord plug from the mains socket.

Loosen and remove the front plastic guard (

Pull some of the cord „

Press and hold the spindle lock button (

If necessary, rotate the spindle slightly to lock it.

Loosen the collet nut, (

Let the cord retract to the flexible shaft guard (

Secure the flexible shaft by tightening the locking nut „
REPLACEMENT OF ACCESSORIES IN THE FLEXIBLE SHAFT CHUCK
Remove the power cord plug from the mains socket.

Lock the cord „ c" of the flexible shaft by sliding it to the back and holding cord lock collet of the flexible
shaft (12) (fig. K).

Loosen the flexible shaft collet nut (

Insert the working tool shank into the collet.

Secure the collet nut (

Release the flexible shaft cord lock (
The collet is replaced in the similar manner.
The practical hanger (9) can be used to hang the minigrinder of a stand, when you take a break.

SWITCHING ON /SWITCHING OFF

The mains voltage must correspond to the value specified on the nameplate of the minigrinder.
Switching on - put the switch button (6) to the „I" position.
Switching off - put the switch button (6) to the „0" position.
