1 LCD display (3 3/4-digit, highest display value: 3999)
2 Rotary switch (= measuring function switch) for selecting the
measuring functions DC current measurement, DC voltage mea-
surement, AC voltage measurement, AC current measurement,
frequency measurement, continuity testing/diode testing and re-
sistance measurement, with "OFF" position (unit off).
3 "H HOLD" button for the "Data Hold" function (hold measured
value)
4 "M MAX" button for capturing the maximum value
5 "ZERO" button for setting zero for DC current (ADC) measure-
ment
6 Current clamp area with 6a clamp opening lever, 6b hand protec-
tor, 6c clamp opening with an opening width of 57 mm max. (to
"enclose" single conductors, conductor systems, etc.)
Never grip beyond the hand protector during the
measurement of currents. Attention! Touching elec-
trical circuits can endanger life!
7 4 mm safety socket for connecting the red test lead during fre-
quency measurement, resistance measurement and diode
testing/continuity testing.
8 4 mm safety socket for connecting the black test lead = COM or
ground socket
9 4 mm safety socket for connecting the red test lead during volta-
ge measurement up to 1000 VDC and 750 VAC rms max.
10 Battery compartment on the underside of the case (one screw)
