Output power regulator
2.1
Description of the accessory
The RWF 50.2 output power regulator is mainly to be used for ad-
justing the temperature or pressure in gas or diesel powered sys-
tems. The various kits are composed of various components,
depending on the type of burner.
2.2
Installation
The output power regulator can be installed direct-
ly on the burner or with a separate panel.
The burners are already set up to receive the RWF 50.2 output
power regulator. Below are descriptions of all the possible appli-
cations on the various burner models.
The electrical wiring should be carried out accord-
ing to the diagrams contained in the installation
manual of the relative burner. In the event of wir-

tor, see Tab. A on page 10 corresponding to RWF
50.2. To facilitate the electrical wiring, the cables
of the new RWF 50.2 kits have the same labelling
as the terminals of the RWF 40.
The installation must be carried out by qualified
personnel, as indicated in this manual and in com-
pliance with the standards and legal requisites in
force.
WARNING
To install the kit on the burner, proceed as follows:
Turn off the burner's power supply using the main
system switch.
DANGER
Output power regulator code 20082208
 The output power regulator, code 20082208 (A) (B), should
be inserted in the plate 1) and secured to it with the two
screws 2) and the plates 3);
 take care when positioning the plate 1);
 insert the regulator into the bracket of the burner and secure
it with the other screws 2).
Electrical wiring:
connect the cables coming out of the regulator directly to the
terminal board of the burner see (A);
connect the cables coming out of the regulator directly to the
terminal board and to the plugs/sockets (B).
Output power regulator code 20099869
 Code 20099869 (C) should be inserted in the plate 1) and
secured to it with the two screws 2) and the plates 3);
 take care when positioning the plate 1);
 insert the regulator into the bracket of the burner and secure
it with the other screws 2).
Electrical wiring:
Connect the plug 4) coming out of the regulator to the relative
socket on the burner, see (C).
Output power regulator
Output power regulator code 20105193
 Code 20105193 (D) should be secured to the side of the
burner using the two screws and the nuts with washers 1)
that have been supplied;
 it is necessary to make two holes with a diameter of 5 mm on
the front plate of the burner, like the holes already present
on the metallic box of the regulator.
Electrical wiring:
connect the cables coming out of the regulator directly to the
terminal board and to the plugs/sockets of the burner (D).
Output power regulator code 20105445

WF 40 regula-
 Code 20105445 (E) should be fixed under the electrical
panel of the burner using the three screws 1) with washer,
which have been supplied, and needs to be screwed directly
onto the metallic box of the regulator that already has three
holes.
Electrical wiring:
Fix the sheath onto a free hole on the burner's electrical panel
and connect the cables coming out directly to the terminal
board.
Output power regulator code 20102002
 Code 20102002 (D) should be secured to the side of the
burner using the bracket and the two screws with washers
that have been supplied. Depending on the type of burner,
the screws can be positioned as in F/1 or F/2)
Electrical wiring:
connect the cables coming out of the regulator directly to the
terminal board and to the plugs/sockets of the burner.
Output power regulator code 20100018
 Code 20100018 (G) should be positioned beside the
burner's electrical panel. Secure the regulator bracket that
already has three holes, using the screws and nuts with
washer that have been supplied.
Electrical wiring:
Fix the sheath onto a free hole on the burner's electrical panel
and connect the cables coming out directly to the terminal
board.
Output power regulator code 20101190
Code 20101190 should be installed using other methods de-
pending on the burner (H) or (I):
Application (H):
Insert the regulator into the bracket 1) (H) and secure with the
specific accessory 5).
Application (I):
 Insert the regulator in the plate 1) (I) and secure it on the
burner's electrical panel using the four screws 4) (I) and the
fixing accessory 5) (I).
Electrical wiring:
connect the cables coming out of the regulator directly to the
terminal board 6).
