If the incorrect driver is installed, the USB 2820 properties will list the
"Driver Provider" as eMPIA Technology. This version of the driver does
not support the SuniTouch function:
TO PREVENT WINDOWS UPDATE FROM INSTALLING THE INCORRECT
DRIVER
Go to the Control Panel and click System icon. You will see the
"System Properties" window. Click on the "Hardware" tab and click the
"Windows Update" button:
