If you click on Video Devices, you should see a check next to "1 USB
2820 Video":
Click on "Video Options" and select "Video Capture":
A "Properties" window will appear. Select the correct "Video Standard"
for your region (NTSC or PAL). Then, select the tab "Video Proc Amp":
NOTE: SuniCam II cameras are available in both NTSC and
PAL formats, designated by the suffix of the SuniCam II
serial number; "-N" (for NTSC) or "-P" (for PAL).
