REAR PADS
- Raise the jib to the maximum extent.
- Retract the telescope completely and check the play in the lower, upper and side wear pads
(permissible play: 0 to 0.5 mm Fig. C).
- If necessary, wedge it in position.

- Untighten the nuts item. 1 completely (Fig. C).
- Add the shims required, balancingthe thicknesses on both sides of the telescope.
NB: The shims are available in thicknesses of 0,5 ; 1 ; 2 et 4 mm.
- Check that the screws are tightened right to the end of the thread.
- Apply MANITOU locking compound Réf. 187526 on the nuts item. 1 (Fig. D)..
- Replace and tighten the nuts item. 1 (Fig. D) (tightening torque 92.6 N.m ± 25 %).
