Possible Cause

Throttle too high and/or
throttle trim is too high
Flight battery
connected with the
wrong polarity
Propellers in wrong
locations
channel
Reset controls with the throttle
stick and throttle trim at the
lowest setting
Replace the 3-in-1 board.
Connect the flight battery
noting proper polarity
Make necessary adjustments
Change the video transmitter
and receiver channel
