WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF PROBLEMS

The cooker hob or the single cooking zones don't light up:
• The hob is not well connected to the mains
• The protection fuse has burnt
• Make sure that the lock of the hob is not activated
• The keys of the touch-control panel are covered with water or grease
An object is leaned on the keys of the touch-control panel
The symbol [ U ] lights up:
• There isn't any pan on the cooking zone
• The container used is not compatible with the induction hob
The bottom of the pan has got a too small diameter compared to the cooking zone
The symbol [ F ] lights up:
• That specific cooking zone cannot be used any more
Contact the after-sale technical assistance service
The symbol [ E ] lights up:
• The electronic system is faulty
• Try and disconnect and connect the appliance again
One of the zones or the whole appliance switches off:
• The safety lock is activated
• It is activated in case you have forgotten to switch off a cooking zone
• It is activated even when one or more touch keys of the touch-control panel are covered
• One of the pans is empty and the bottom is overheated
The cooker hob is also equipped with a device for the automatic reduction of the power
level and for its automatic cut-off in case of overheating.
The cooling fan continues operating even after the hob has been switched off:
• It is not a defect, the fan continues protecting the electronics of the appliance
The fan automatically stops at the right moment
The automatic cooking control is not activated:
• The cooking zone is still hot [ H ]
The maximum cooking level is activated [ 9 ]
The cooking level has been activated by the key [ - ]
