During initialisation, the function of the most important electronics components is verified. If an
error occurs, a sequence of beeps allocated to a particular error will be audible, rather than the
normal high-pitch initialisation beep. You can find the allocations in the following table:

EEprom is not correctly installed in dedicated base

EEprom faulty

connected key, configuration button or number keypad is stuck

Connection cable for button or number keypad is damaged

Busy tone decoder is faulty
DTMF tone decode component is faulty
Wrong EEprom, only 2kb EEproms are permitted for V1.30 or later
Compact device: the polarity of the connected microphone is
inverted
Universal device: the polarity of the microphone connected to the
integrated MLM is inverted
the polarity of the microphone connected to the MLM-A of an
universal device is inverted
the polarity of the microphone connected to the MLM-B of an
