cutting guide in the notches at the
bottom of the blades. Push and
hold the two buttons on each side
of the clipper head to clip the guide
on the blades.
The first 4 cutting guide allows
3 different cutting lengths. To
adjust the cutting length, hold and
press the two buttons on each side
of the clipper head while pivoting
the guide in order to block it in one
of the three positions.
Presicion cutting guide allows
5 cutting lengths (from 0,5 to
2,5 mm). To adjust the cutting
length, push the switch button at
the back of the precision cutting
guide from one position to
other in order to block it in one of
the five positions.
To remove the cutting guide, hold
and press the two buttons on each
side of the clipper head and pull

the guide up.
U T T I N G T E H N I Q U E S
• Only use the clipper on clean
and dry hair.
• Use the cutting guide that leaves
the hair the longest at first, until you
become familiar with the clipper.
If you want a shorter cut, use the
next shorter cutting guide and go
over hair again till you achieve the
desired length.
• Always cut hair against the natu-
ral direction of hair growth.
• Start cutting from the back of the
neck to the crown. Hold the clipper
lightly against the hair with the
teeth of the cutting guide poin-
ting upwards, yet flat against the
head and gradually lift the clipper
upwards through the hair. Always
maintain the clipper against the
head while cutting.
• For the top of the head, clip from
the front to the back.
• Outlining requires no cutting
guide: for close trimming of the
back of the neck and the con-
tours, slide off guide, reverse the
clipper and trim downwards.
• For longer hair (hair length grea-
ter than 27 mm) or if you are
experienced enough, you can
realise the hair cut using a comb
