3. Assembly

3.1 The components of your Superbox

Flat Superbox
- Auping upper frame and base frame
- Mattress
- Legs with attachment clips
(14, 18 or 22 cm)*
Adjustable Superbox
- Auping upper frame and base frame
- Mattress
- 1 or 2 Electric motors* with control
box
- Infrared handset and receiver*
- 9V battery*
- Two lifting arms*
- Synchronous calbe to adjust both
beds simultaneously*
- Legs with attachment clips (14, 18
or 22 cm)*
- Transformer clip for height legs
14 cm, with cap for control panel*
- Transformer clip for height legs
18 and 22 cm*
*Depending on the model you choose
3.2 Assembly of upper frame and base
frame
1. Remove the upper frame from the
packaging and lay it upside down
on the floor.
2. Remove the base frame from the
packaging and place it on the
GB 6
upper frame.
3. Assemble the upper and base
frames as shown on the assembly
chart supplied.

3.3 Fit the motor guard

If required and applicable, plates can
be fitted to conceal the motors from
view. These should be fitted before the
motors are installed, however.
1. Remove the packaging from the
two plates.
2. Fit the plates using the screws
visible on the side(s) of the
boxspring(s) (see fig. 5).
