Remedial measure

Attach plug firmly (▸ Cleaning/re-
placing the spark plug – p. 105).
Clean plug (▸ Cleaning/replacing the

Loosen throttle block, press in choke
lever, start motor several times.
If the motor does not start: remove
spark plug and dry off electrode
(▸ Cleaning/replacing the spark

Clean spark plug (▸ Cleaning/replac-
ing the spark plug – p. 105).
Set gap (▸ Cleaning/replacing the
spark plug – p. 105).
Empty tank and fill up with the cor-
rect mixture (▸ Approved fuels –

Have an expert replace it.
Replace spark plug.
Actuate choke.
