Troubleshooting
If the bubble bath does not work use the table for troubleshooting and actions.
Contact 5938@camargue.se if you are unable to find the cause of the error or if the fault is impossible to fix.
1. Water is leaking just below the pump.
- The pump has been switched on without water and some pump parts have burned and became leaky.
- New pump can be purchased at the Camargue or the old one can be renovated.
2. Water is leaking from the lid of the pump.
- The gasket is dehydrated.
- The lid is cracked.
- The screws on the lid are not tightened across as on a car wheel. Imagine the lid is a clock - the clock screw 12 is screwed into first and then
screw at 6 o'clock, 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock and so on. This is important!
- Order a new gasket and new cover.
3. The pump does not work.
- The fuses have blown. Check the fuses on the tub and check the fuses in your electrical installation.
- Check power supply - the voltage needs to be 220/230 volts and installation has to take enough Amp

4. The blower does not work.

5. The heating element does not work.
- The fuses have blown. Check the fuses on the tub and check the fuses in your electrical installation.

6. The pump makes a strange sound.
- The pump may sucked in hair etc.
- Check the suction filter in the tub by dismounting it.
- Stop the pump and remove the pump cover. Remove hair and other things from the wheel, remember to tighten the screws as in point nr. 2.
7. Water is lekaing under the bathtub drain.
- Drain plug and siphon are not connected properly. Teflon tape has not been used (4d).
- Turn of the siphon, the plastic piece where the drain hose is mounted. Use plenty of teflon tape or oil fat / horsehair in siphon welding and mount
the siphon back into the drain plug.
8. Water is leaking from the back side of the jets.
- The water jets are not installed correctly.

9. The tap is leaking.
- The ceramic cartridge is dirty and needs to be replaced.
- Order a new ceramic cartridge at 5938@camargue.se
10. Water is leaking under the water tap.
- Check if cold and hot water connection to the tub is done correctly and is sealed with teflon tape or oil grease and hair.
- Check if the gasket is not dried out, replace it.
- Tighten both cold and hot water nut and check the pipe joints are tight.
11. The tub is scratched and lost the glossy surface.
- Aggressive cleaner, scouring powder or sponge has damaged the surface.
- Use car wax to polish the surface again.
12. The chrome parts look rusty out.
- Limestone has accumulated and rust has appeared.
- Aggressive cleaner, scouring powder or sponge has damaged the surface.
- Use descaling agent, vinegar or citric acid regularly.
13. Bubble bath is unstable.
- One of the adjustable feet is shorter than the other.
- Adjust the feet and use a water level to make the tub stable.
