ASSEMBLING THE RIVING KNIFE
1. Partly unscrew the 2 hexagon head screws located on the rear bracket of the riving knife.
2. Insert the riving knife between the two metal plates so that the two hexagon head screws pass through the two slots on the riving knife.
Do not tighten them fully for the moment.
3. Adjust the knife so that there is a 2 to 5 mm space between the blade and the riving knife and also check whether the riving knife is ali-
gned with the blade using a ruler.
4. Tighten the hexagon screws. Then check once again that the blade is fully secured and put
back the insert plate.
5. Then fit the blade guard as indicated in the figure. Place the guard on the upper part of
the riving knife so that the hole of the guard is lined up with the riving knife. Insert the screw
and tighten the retaining nut.
DANGER! The blade guard must always be in place during cutting work
so as to eliminate the risk of contact with the blade. It lifts automatically
when the wooden workpiece passes on the blade.
ASSEMBLING THE RIP FENCE
The rip fence section may be assembled in two ways. To assemble the section, unfasten the two screws
of the fence support, slide the section and re-tighten the screws.
To lock the rip fence, push down the locking handle. Always make sure that the rip fence is properly
locked before starting your work.
To release the rip fence, move up the handle.
STARTING UP THE SAW WITH THE ON/OFF NO-VOLTAGE SWITCH
Press the On button to start the machine.
Press the Off button to stop the machine.
DANGER! Before starting the machine, make sure that there is nothing on the table
and that the blade guard and riving knife are properly assembled
and are operating correctly with no friction against the blade.
ELECTRICAL OVERLOAD RESET BUTTON
This machine has a reset button that trips in case of electrical overload. If your saw stops when it is in use, let it cool for a few minutes before
pressing the reset button and starting the saw once again. If the machine does not start, disconnect it from the power source and check all
the electric wires, then connect the machine once again and start it. If it starts and stops as you cut, you are forcing the workpiece or wor-
king with an unsuitable blade or the power supply circuit is inadequate.
BLADE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT HANDLE LOCKING WHEEL
This is a wheel that locks the height adjustment handle.
Turn the wheel anticlockwise to loosen it. Loosen the wheel for all bevel or blade adjustment operations.
On the other hand, before cutting, make sure the wheel is fully tightened and that the height adjust-
ment handle is locked.

MONTAGE DE L'EXTENSION LATÉRALE
1. Glissez les barres de l'extension latérale (G) dans la table de la scie.

2. Pour empêcher l'extension de ressortir de la table, vissez les vis à tête hexagonale sur les barres de guidage avec la
clé Allen.
Vissez les 2 vis moletées pour bloquer l'extension latérale.
MONTAGE DU CHARIOT DE SCIAGE
Cette scie est équipée d'un chariot de sciage qui permet de
maintenir les pièces travaillées pendant le sciage.
1. Ce chariot se monte à gauche de la machine. Pour le fixer, uti-
lisez les vis à tête hexagonale (A) et les rondelles (B).
2. Utilisez une clé plate (C) de 14 mm pour visser ces deux vis.
3. Avant de bloquer les vis, assurez-vous que le chariot est situé à
1 mm au dessus de la table de la scie. Cette position évite que la
pièce travaillée frotte contre la table pendant le déplacement.
4. Vérifiez l'horizontalité du chariot, puis serrez ces vis.
MONTAGE DES POIGNÉES DE MONTÉE ET DESCENTE DE LA LAME ET D'INCLINAISON DE LA LAME
1. Montez la poignée de montée de la lame sur l'axe sur la face avant de la machine. Montez la rondelle
frein et l'écrou dome. Serrez l'écrou de blocage de la poignée.
2. Montez la poignée d'inclinaison. Montez la rondelle frein et l'écrou dome. Serrez l'écrou de blocage de
la poignée. Tournez la scie de sorte qu'elle se trouve en position de travail.
MONTAGE DE LA LAME
1. Otez l'insert de table en dévissant les 4 vis à tête plate philips.
2. Après déblocage de la poignée de montée de la lame, tournez la
poignée dans le sens anti-horaire pour monter l'axe de la lame à
sa position la plus haute. Otez l'écrou de fixation de la lame (A) et
la flasque extérieure (B). Ensuite montez la lame (les dents doivent
être orientées vers l'avant). Fixez la lame avec la flasque et l'écrou.
3. Contrôlez que la lame soit parfaitement fixée. L'insert de table
sera remonté après montage du couteau diviseur.
DANGER : TOUJOURS REMPLACER
