When troubleshooting, always observe the colour of
the LED:

No LED indication
Single ßash green
Flashing red
Steady red
Flashing yellow
Flashing green
Steady green
Battery/Charger Status
Battery is inserted incorrectly.
Successful charger power-up.
Battery is unchargeable or not
making proper contact.
Battery is in rapid-charge mode.
Battery is in charger, not in
rapid-charge mode, but waiting to
be charged.
Battery is charged (to 90%, or
greater, capacity).
Battery is fully charged.
