Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the
floor and check that all are there on the basis of the step drawings
in these instructions for assembly and use. Please note that a
number of parts have been connected directly to the main frame and
preassembled.
In addition, there are several other individual parts that have been
attached to separate units. This will make it easier and quicker for you
to assemble the equipment. Assembly time: 30 - 40 min.
Step 2:
Attach the seat (37) and handrail (7) at seat support (5).
1. Place the seat (37) with backside onto the seat support (5) so that the
holes are align.
2. Put on each screw M6x15 (44) one washer 6/12 (53) and tighten the
seat (37) at seat support (5) firmly.
3. Place the handrail (7) near to the seat support (5) adjust the holes in the
tubes so that they aligned
4. Push the bolts M8x75 (48) through the holes and tighten the handrail
(7) at seat support (5) with washers 8//16 (59) and nylon nuts (6) firmly.
Step 3:
Attach the seat support (5) at seat frame (6).
1. Place the seat support (5) onto the seat frame (6) and screw it with
u-shape bracket (14) and hand grip nut (31).
Step 1:
Attach the stabilizer (3+4) and seat frame (6).
1. Push the seat frame (6) into the locator provided for it at the main frame
(1). Screw the seat frame (6) at the main frame (1) with screws M8x20
(47), washers 8//16 (59) and spring washers (62).
2. Attach the front foot (3) with the preassembled transport rollers (38)
to the main frame (1). Do this with the two screws M8x65 (54) and
washers 8//20 (46).
3. Attach the rear foot (4) with preassembled end caps (39) to the seat
frame (6). Do this with the two screws M8x65 (4), washers (46), spring
washers (62) and cap nuts (50).
The equipment should be set up that the equipment does not move of
its own accord during a training session. If you like to change the
position of the recumbent bike, lift up at rear foot (4) until you can
move easy on the front transportation rollers to another place.
