Calibration preparation

Check that the glass plate, surface and edges are
clean. If necessary, clean with a paper cleaning cloth
moistened with clear water or glass squeegee.

High pressure cleaners, hard and sharp objects and
microfiber cloths are not suitable for cleaning the
TTM 2104 and damage the plates, plate coatings,
seals and cables.

Drips on the glass plate can lead to a flawed
calibration.

Calibrating the "Master" measuring unit

The service software is stored on the modules.
The ZIP archive can be downloaded using the link
http://<IP address modules>/files/SSWSetup.zip.

The archive is protected with the service password
"ttm#service". After extracting the setup file,
"SSWSetup.exe" must be executed to install the
service software.
1. Start the "TTM service software".

Service functions and documentation can be
accessed via the TTM service software.
2. Select <Calibration> to start the calibration.
3. Enter the IP address of the measuring unit

4. Enter user-defined name for the calibration, confirm
with E.
5. Check the entry and confirm with <Y>.
6. Place plastic strips over the diagnostic opening of
the measuring unit.

Avoid cast shadows.

Do not look into the light for too long.
7. Press the <space bar>.
8. Place the calibration tool with the flat side (2
monitor supports at the front, 1 monitor support
at the back) over the diagnostic opening of the
measuring unit (direction of travel).
