No. 8 (location of sensors)
- Respect the layout of the sensors according to their colour: outside sensors - blue;
inside sensors - black. Caution: They must not be interchanged.
No. 10 (fastening of wires of parking sensors)
- Fasten the wires to the beam of the bumper (or to the beam of the towing coupling,

if needed) by fastening tapes in such a way that the end with the connectors may
remain loose, in a length of about 20 cm.
No. 12 - 14 (affixing of the loudspeaker)
- Remove the stuffing piece in the centre of the vehicle ceiling. Install the loudspeaker
instead of it, in such a way that the LED may be directed towards the interior of
the vehicle. With a suitable tool, punch a hole for the installation of the wire of the
loudspeaker.
- Pull the wire of the loudspeaker through the prepared hole, and fasten the loud-
speaker using the stuffing from the set. Lead the wire of the loudspeaker towards
L.H. rear column, and further, along the sealing of the luggage compartment lid, to
the place for the control unit of the park distance control.
No. 16 (connection of the wire from the towing coupling)
- If there is a towing coupling fitted on the vehicle, set free the insulated (violet) wire
and remove the connector of the wire.
- Connect the end of the violet wire of the towing coupling with the violet wire of the
set of the park distance control, using a connecting tube (from the service suitcase).
Seal the connecting tube with a hot air gun.
- Connect the wire to the terminal board of the control unit (A) of the park distance
control - PIN 19.
Note
- PIN 20 of the control unit of the park distance control – output for turning down the
car radio (active "-").
- In case of an indication of an obstacle, the car radio is turned down automatically.
- The wire for the connection up to the car radio is not included in the set.
In suitable places, fasten all wires to the existing electric installation of the ve-
hicle by fastening tapes in such a way that they may not be damaged and no
bothering noises may be produced during the drive.
After finishing the fitting, re-fit all removed parts back to their places according
to the Workshop Manual. Connect the car battery and carry out all operations
related to the disconnection and re-connection of the car battery. Test the func-
tion of the sensors.
