If the motor is used in remote-controlled operation, secure the motor against
accidental start-up. The motor automatically restarts after a power failure.
Set the ON/OFF switch to "0" (Stop) before connecting the mains plug.
We recommend providing the power supply in damp locations with
fault current breakers.
Dirt, high humidity or material damage to the motor housing may lead to
dangerous electric shocks.
Only start three-phase motors with an upstream motor protection switch
installed.
Installation work on three-phase motors may only be carried out by qualified
personnel.
Check the mains connection cable for damage before every use.
Changes to the mains connection may only be carried out by qualified elec-
tricians.
Comply with additional safety instructions in the terminal box of the three-
phase gear motor.
Check the direction of rotation of the motor before start-up (direction of rota-
tion according to the arrow on the motor).
