Anchoring the lifting platform

1. Ensure that the lifting platform is correctly
positioned on the foundation.
2. Move the lifting platform up to gain access to the
mounting holes in the base frames.
3. Screw the bottom plates of the cable duct to the two
base frames of the lifting platform.

Position the base frame such that the bottom plates
of the cable duct are perfectly aligned.
4. Drill the mounting holes for the base frames.
Remove drilling dust from the holes.
5. Affix the base frames of the lifting platform to the
foundation using shear connectors.

Recommended shear connectors: see section 2.4.3.

Note the fitting instructions of the screw anchor
manufacturer!
Use washers of a sufficient size!

Installing the cable duct

1. Position the operating unit at a suitable distance
from the lifting platform.
2. Neatly arrange the hydraulic lines and electrical
cables on the bottom plates of the cable duct so that
they run in a straight line to the operating unit.

Place any excess cable length in the operating unit.
3. Fitting the cover plates in front of the lifting
platform:
The cover plates are screwed to the bottom plates of
the cable duct.
4. Fitting the cover plates between the lifting platform
and operating unit:
The cover plates are placed over the cables and
affixed to the floor using screw anchors.

Ensure that all cables are loose within the cable duct
and are not pinched or jammed.
