Define or change a frequency program
This menu allows you to define a new frequency program or to edit an existing
program.
Following entries are available:
Name: The name of the frequency program, which will be
displayed in the menu Individual or on the Master-chip-
card. The entry of the name is descibed in the chapter
Name input, page 58.
Frequency 1: Fundamental frequency of the program in
Hz (the value must range between 0,5Hz and 2.500.000
Hz). A new number is entered using the numeric keys. The
previous number is automatically deleted. If only singular
digits are to be deleted, this can be done by pressing the
arrow key to the left. It is possible but not necessary to
specify a decimal place.
Offset: Offset of the signal
The input is done with the arrow keys left and right. You
can switch between the options no (no offset), pos (positi-
ve offset) and pos + (positive offset + 0.3V).
Wobble: Enable wobble mode
When wobbling, the device varies continuously and cyc-
lically the output frequency between frequency 1 and fre-
quency 2. The input between yes and no is done with the
arrow keys left and right.
Frequency 2: Second (higher frequency) for wobbling
This input is only available if Wobble is enabled. The 2nd
frequency must be higher than the 1st frequency. However,
it must not be higher than twice the first frequency. The
input is done as described at 1st frequency.
