7.6.8.4 Turning the stove off
To turn the stove off press the OFF button for a
few seconds. "FINAL CLEANING" will appear on
the display.
The pellet loading system stops immediately while
the fan stops automatically when the stove is cold.

To light the stove again it is recommended to
wait until it is completely cold.
)
It is possible to set the operating parameters of
the stove.
In the case where it is attempted to restart the
stove, it is possible that the display will indicate
"WAIT CLEANING" which invites the user to wait
for the complete switch-off.
The settings will only be activated during the
work phase, in fact, the switch-off phase "FINAL
CLEANING" is automatically set.
Do not take the plug out of the mains to turn the
VWRYH RII /HW WKH DXWRPDWLF WXUQLQJ RII SKDVH ¿QLVK
Protracted functioning of the smoke outlet fan is
normal.

7.7 ALARMS MANAGEMENT

In the case of a malfunction the following procedure
is activated:
1) acoustic alarm (beep) with the possible cause
viewed on the display;
2) pellet loading stops;
3) the smoke discharge fan works at maximum
capacity for a maximum time of twenty minutes.
To light the stove again follow the instructions given
in paragraph 7.7.9.

If the external thermostat is in use and any alarm is
signalled to perform a restart, it is mandatory that it is
performed from the command panel.
Below are the various alarm messages that can
appear on the display.
Apart from the alarm messages, the time and date
in which they occur are also visualised.
7.7.1 SMOKE TEMP. alarm (smoke temperature
alarm)
This happens if the temperature of the smoke is

To restore normal stove operation proceed as
follows:
1. make sure there are pellets in the container;
2. check that the quality of the pellets is good
(e.g. not damp);
3. restore operation as indicated in paragraph
7.7.9.
7.7.2 Alarm NO IGNITION
It occurs at the end of the START-UP phase if the
temperature of the smoke is not enough for the
correct functioning of the stove.
To restore normal stove operation proceed as
follows:
1. make sure there are pellets in the container;

2. check that the quality of the pellets is good
(e.g. not damp);
3. restore operation as indicated in paragraph
7.7.9.
This alarm triggers whenever there are malfunctions
concerning:
‡ overheating of the pellet tank:
‡ This can happen for various accidental causes.
‡ overheating of the water in the stove circuit.
‡ This happens due to accidental causes such
as a non-functioning pump or due to presence
of air inside the water system;
‡ pellet tank compartment open;
‡ ¿UHER[ GRRU RSHQ
‡ lack of electrical power when the stove is
operating;
‡ for the need of special maintenance.
To return to normal stove operation proceed as
follows:
1. wait until the stove is completely cold;
2. disconnect the stove from the electricity mains
and take the plug out of the socket;
3. to restart the stove unscrew the cap (G)
positioned to the rear of the stove (Fig. 7.7.3-2)
and press the key (H) (Fig. 7.7.3-3);
4. restore functioning as indicated in paragraph
7.7.9.
If the alarm persists, see if the stove or smoke pipe
need servicing.
This operation must only be done by qualified
personnel.
