Eine Verfärbung des Steins und eingebrannte Stellen sind normal und beeinflussen die Leistung des Brenners nicht. ACHTUNG: Der Keramikstein darf unter keinen Umständen mit Wasser und/oder Reinigungsmitteln behandelt werden.

    Im Winter die Gussroste nach Möglichkeit an einem trockenen Ort lagern. Eine Grundreinigung des Grills sollte alle 3-4 Monate erfolgen. Das Ausbrennen, die Entleerung der Fettschale, die Reinigung des Fettbleches und die Säuberung der Roste sollten nach jedem Grillen erfolgen.
