Recommendations for use
-
It is suggested to make some tests in that the material of the bag, the temperature, the humidity and
the size of the product, may affect the optimal performance of the vacuum cycle.
-
Pay attention to the packaging of sharp or irregular shape (bones, spines, cheese rind, etc.): they
may create microcracks on the bag difficult to detect.
-
We recommend the use of bag proportionate to the product to be packaged to avoid unduly
prolonging the time of duration of the working cycle.
-
To ensure a good level of vacuum inside the bag, for models with outer bar is recommended that
you only use bag embossed.
Warning
-
The outer bar models are not suitable to vacuum packaging of liquid products.
-
Some foods even if put vacuum can ferment thus creating the swelling of the envelope after a short
time (for example: beans, potatoes, fresh mushrooms).
-
Repeated cycles of welding at elevated temperatures may seriously affect the functionality of the
machine and you should never use serial.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
-
At the end of the day remove the plug from the wall socket.
-
Before cleaning remove the plug from the wall socket.
-
Carefully clean using alcohol or neutral products; clean the outside of the machine with a damp
sponge. Do not use metallic flakes or abrasive cleansers. Thoroughly clean the sealing bar and the
silicone bar located in the movable part from debris plastic.
Having to leave stops the machine for long periods of time, unplug it from the wall outlet, make a general
