From the home page, press the
- automatic (vacuum completed, it automatically starts the sealing
process);
- manual (vacuum completed, is the operator who starts the sealing
process by pressing the button
vacuum in the containers.

Using the machine

AUTOMATIC CYCLE AND MANUAL CYCLE
- Put the plug into the power socket;
- press the lateral switch I/O (fig.2): the switch lights up and the machine is switched on;
- press the function button
- with the side buttons to select the desired program; if necessary, change the program settings, as
described in chapter PARAMETERS OF THE PROGRAM;
- place the product to be preserved inside of the bag;
- insert the mouth of the bag in the decompression chamber in such a way that the mouth itself is
inside the seal, and make sure that the edge of the bag is free of rips and is well placed on the seal
bar;
- make sure that the product contained within the bag is not in the vicinity of the sealing bar;
- lower the movable part and press downwards, in such a way that the bag remains imprisoned inside
of the decompression chamber;
- maintain a slight pressure on the ends of the movable part to press the microswitch and the machine
starts the cycle of aspiration; hold until the negative pressure in the decompression chamber will be
such as to retain the independently movable part downwards; in this phase the bag will begin to
empty;
- vacuum completed, it automatically starts the sealing process (automatic cycle); vacuum completed,
press the function button
- lift of the lid and remove the bag;
- visually verify that the sealing of the bag is such as not to create vacuum leaks.
In case you want to stop the work cycle once operated the vacuum process,
press the function button
pump and the lid will open to remove the bag.
If you want to advance the sealing, press the function button
the machine automatically starts the sealing process, breaking the vacuum
cycle.
USING THE EMBOSSED ROLL
- Cut the roll to the desired length;
- position one of the two sides open only above the sealing bar and not inside the decompression
chamber;
- lower the movable part and press downwards;
- the machine starts the cycle of aspiration;
- automatically starts the welding process;
- wait a few seconds for the end of the cycle and extract the bag;
