GENERAL INSTRUCTION

This equipment is not suitable for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been instructed

regarding use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children must be controlled so that they do not play with the appliance.

This document shall be properly identified to enable traceability and / or future reference.

All rights of reproduction and dissemination of this manual and related documents mentioned and / or

attached, are reserved.

The main purpose of this manual is to provide instructions to the customer and all personnel who interact

with the machine, the information necessary for its correct installation, to its proper use and maintenance

under optimal conditions with particular regard for this to happen in maximum safety conditions.

In the drafting of the document have been used from the instructions:

Annex "I" Directive 89/932/CEE and following amendments: Section 1.7.4;

UNI EN 292/2 - 1992, paragraph 5.5;

Directive 2006/42/EC replacing 98/37/EC.

Every interaction between man and machine, as part of the intended use and the entire life cycle of the

same, has been carefully and exhaustively analyzed by the construction company during the design,

construction and drafting of the instruction manual. However, it is understood that nothing can replace the

experience, adequate training and, especially, the "good sense" of those who interact with the machine.

These requirements are then considered indispensable in every operational phase is inherent to the

machine, and during the reading of this manual.

manual when using and storing it in the assigned place immediately after the end of the consultation;

obtained from the selling company;

keep the manual protected from moisture, heat and other environmental agents that may affect the

integrity or durability.

Pursuant to the "Machinery Directive EEC 89/392 and subsequent updates, are made known, the following

definitions:

Operator: the person or persons responsible for operating, adjusting, routine maintenance or

cleaning of the machine;

User: the entity or persons responsible and / or proprietary information of the machine.

Do not pack food or liquid inside the bags: to package foods rich in liquids, if sufficient to remove excess

liquid, dab the food thoroughly with a cloth or paper food before packaging it; or alternatively, use a rigid

container and lid for the vacuum supplied by the manufacturer.
