HOW TO OPERATE THE CONSOLE
The computer is equipped with one HOME-
button.
Use this to select which of the information
parameters will be shown in the main display. If
you push the HOME-button until it shows the
function "SCAN" all parameters will alternate to
be displayed in the main window, with a 5 sec.

To reset all functions, push the HOME-button and
hold for 2 seconds.
Observe:
After battery change, you need to set the time.
Use the HOME-button to adjust the clock, and
wait five seconds for it to save. Then each
function will show 000 and be ready to use.

*Calorie-consumption is simply an indication, and will not show as exact values as
other measuring devices where you can input user data.
Shows the elapsed workout-time since last reset.
Shows the estimated distance travelled since last reset.
Shows the strokes since last reset
Shows the corrent estimated speed.
Shows the calories burned during the exercise.*
Shows the number of strokes per. minute.
