Classification

The device PierenPlus basic is – in accordance with the Annex IX of the EU directive
of medical products 93/42/EWG – classified as medical product of class II a.

New Settings, Changes, and Repairs

The manufacturer of the PierenPlus basic is only responsible for the safety and
performance of the device, if new settings, changes and repairs are performed
by authorized personnel and done in accordance with the instruction documents.

Warranty

Legal right of warranty is applied according to the German Civil Code.

Guarantee

The device carries a warranty of 1 year, valid from the date of handover.
