In whole, 90 parameters can be stored, each 3 values for 30 days. By pressing the
left [▼] key, the therapy parameters of the last/previous therapy day are shown.
By pressing the left [▲] key the therapy data from the next day is shown (until
recent day). By pressing the right [▼] key the data of the last therapy session is
shown (until recent session of the day). By pressing the right [▲] key the data of
the next therapy session (until the last session of the regarding day).
By pushing and holding the [ E ] key for 5 seconds, the memory is deleted. The LCD
will then show "CLr", and the device will return to Ready mode. The PierenPlus
basic is switched OFF automatically, if not key is pressed for more than 2 minutes.

Switch OFF: Press ON/OFF key [ • ] once, if the device is in Ready mode. Press
twice, if a programme is running.

Block a programme change: By simultaneously pushing the [ P ] key and the left
[▼] key for three seconds, a programme is blocked. The [ P ] key is blocked and no
other programme can be reached.

Neutralize the blocking: By – again – simultaneously pushing the [ P ] key and the
left [▼] key for three seconds, the other programmes can be reached.

Automatic switch OFF – The PierenPlus basic is switched OFF automatically, if no
key is pressed or no stimulation runs for more than 2 minutes.

Battery control: The battery symbol appears in the LCD, if the battery voltage falls
below 4.0 V.

Electrode detection: The intensity is switched to zero (if higher than 4 mA) if the
electrodes do not have correct contact to the skin (which means, if no load is
detected). The user cannot set the intensity higher than 4 mA, because it returns
