Pain in the Lumbar spine,
general back pain, and sciatic pain

If the pain radiates into the leg, one electrode is
placed onto the main point of pain at the back,
and the other one onto the pain point at the leg,
as shown in picture 12. This positioning in tests has
been very helpful at sciatic pain.
Hip pain
Programme 1, 2, 3, 7
Pain in the area of the hip is often a sign for hip
arthrosis. The treatment can be performed by
placing the electrodes onto the skin slightly above
and below the hip joint, as shown in picture 13.
Besides this, the pain may also radiate into the
groin area. In this case, one electrode is placed on
the main point of the pain, and the other electrode
onto the second radiation area of the pain, as
shown in picture 14.
Pain in the knee joint
Programme 1, 2
The most common cause for pain in the knee joint
is damage at the meniscus or the joint cartilage.
A well-proven method is to put the electrodes on
the inner and outer side of the knee, as shown in
picture 15.
If a special area of pain present, such as the back
knee flexure, the electrodes can also be placed
onto this area. If both knees are affected, also both
pairs can be used.
