Alarm Description
Type
Hydraulic Possible leakages in the hydraulic system (par.60).
Hydraulic MMW: The water temperature has exceeded the
limit of 75° C - automatic restart when the
temperature drops below 60 ° C.
MMA: The heatsink temperature has exceeded the
limit of 75° C (thermal protection). Automatic reset
when the temperature drops below 50°C.
The external cooling fan starts when the
temperature reaches 50 ° C.
Hydraulic Pump not primed.
Lack of water in the suction side.
Pump with poor performance.
Water demand is too high.
Broken pipe on the discharge side.
Incorrect parameters 22, 41

Hydraulic Pressure transmitter is in fault

Hydraulic Valves on the putput side have been closed too fast

Action Type
Eliminate leakages of the system to reduce running time of
the pump and extended pump starts.
Check that the water temperature is within specifications of
the product.
Check that the ambient temperature is within specifications
of the product.
MMA: Check air flow for cooling of the drive
Check and restore the proper priming of the pump.
Check presence of water on suction side.
Restore the proper priming of the pump.
Make sure the filter is not clogged.
Check for cracks in the hydraulic system pipes.
Check the correct pump selection for the type of plant.
Check the setting of the parameters 22, 41.
For reset, remove power, wait until the display goes off and
restore power.
Check presence of water in suction side.

MMA/MMW: check the sensor reading using the pressure
gauge, if installed.
When not functioning properly, replace the sensor.
Install appropriate compensating hydraulic shock
absorbers.
If not installed, install the expansion vessel.
If present, check the air pressure side of the vessel.
