Mounting
1 Remove the chains from the packaging. Spread the chain
out in front of (or behind) the tyre and hook the mounting
chain in the end of the side chains and the tyre tread.

Drive forwards (or backwards) for one full turn so that the
chain is spread out evenly over the whole tyre. Remove the
mounting chain and store in the forestry machine. Ideally,
connect the chain at the lower half of the tyre.
Arrange the chain symmetrically on the tyre and connect

the side chains in accordance with the pictures – start with
the inside of the tyre followed by the outside. Tighten the
shackles with a wrench.
Connect the tread net with the connecting locks. Drive the

securing pin fully in to the connecting lock using a hammer.

Model with tensioning chain
Pull on the end of the tensioning chain and hold in
position. Take the tension lever with the other hand and
hook it in to the last possible link of the tensioning chain
that you can manage. Tension the chain and fix the
tensioning lever with a shackle in to the tensioning chain.
Tighten the shackle with a wrench.
Attach the remaining loose tensioning chain and secure

with a shackle.
