Introduction
These scales allow you to measure the
percentage of body fat, body water, muscle
and bone mass and calculate a range of
analysis values. To do this, you must first
enter your personal data.
The scales provide 10 User Profiles for per­
sonal goals and data such as gender, date
of birth, height and level of activity.
Important:
Pregnant women and persons with
implanted medical devices such as pace­
makers must not use these scales.
Use the navigation buttons ◄ or ► to
select the relevant input. Press and hold the
navigation buttons ◄ or ► to advance at a
faster speed.
Press the SET button to save the selection.
If you do not press a button for approx.
120 seconds during programming, the
scales will switch off automatically.
To return to the programming at any time,
press the surface of the scales, press the
SET button and navigate with ◄ or ►.
Switching on
the appliance
Insert the supplied batteries into the two
battery compartments 1.
Turn over the scales, place on a firm sur­
face and enter the basic information in the
display. These entries are necessary in
order to obtain accurate analysis values.
The symbol for the relevant entry option
and the selection menu is shown against a
dark background.

CLOCK is shown against a dark background.
● Use the navigation buttons ◄ ► to select
the numbers for the current time.
● Press the SET button after each number
to save the setting.
DATE is shown against a dark background.
● Use the navigation buttons ◄ ► to select
the numbers for the current date.
● Press the SET button after each number
to save the setting.
Now let the scales switch off.
Entering your
personal data
● To calibrate the scales, place it on a solid,
level and dry surface, turn it on and turn it
off again without weighing anything.
● Step onto the scales to switch them on.
Weight and ? are displayed.
● Now press the SET button to enter
information. The next available User
Profile, e.g., 3, is shown against a dark
background.
● Press the SET button or use the naviga­
tion buttons ◄ ► to select another User
Profile and press the SET button to
confirm.
