Ohne Montagehilfe werden die Dichtungen auf die Keramikplunger ge-
steckt (Bild 17) und mit einem kleinen Schraubendreher durch Drücken in
den Nutgrund des Dichtungsprofils in die Aufnahme geschoben (Bild 18).
Nun die LRF-Ringe (25) mit Absatz nach unten auf die Dichtungsauf-
nahmen legen, die Teflonstützringe (24) auf die Keramik schieben (Bild
19), dann den Pumpenkopf ohne zu verkanten aufstecken (Bild 20) und
die Innensechskantschrauben (34) mit 12 Nm anziehen.
2. Ventilwechsel
Zum Wechsel der Ventile (26A), die Stopfen (32) herausschrauben
(Bild 21) und die kpl. Ventile mit einer Spitzzange entnehmen (Bild 22).
Die Ventile (26A) können durch Hebeln mit einem Schraubendreher
zerlegt werden (Bild 23).

If you are not in possession of a mounting aid, put the seal onto the ce-
ramic plunger (photo 17), then using the head of a screwdriver placed
in the seal groove, push the seal into the retainer (photo 18).

With the recess side facing down, place the drip return rings (25) onto
the seal retainers; slide the teflon support rings (24) onto the ceramic
(photo 19). Then mount the pump head squarely (photo 20), and tight-
en the hexagon screws (34) to 12 Nm.

2. Changing the Valves
To change the valves (26A), screw off the plugs (32) (photo 21) and
remove the whole valve with a taper-nose pliers (photo 22). The valves
(26A) can be dismantled by levering them apart using a screwdriver
(photo 23).

Insert new valves (26A) (photo 24) and tighten plugs (32) to 75 Nm.
