If possible, use pieces of meat which are the same
thickness. They should be at least 2 to 3 cm thick.
Such pieces will be browned evenly and stay juicy
and soft in the middle.
If you are grilling directly on the flat wire shelf and not
on pan trivet in enamelled baking tray, you should
also insert the enamelled baking tray at shelf position
1.
The values in the table apply to dishes placed in a
preheated grill.
Preheat the grill for 5 minutes, before placing the dish
in it. For food with a grilling time over 10 minutes, 3
minutes preheating will be sufficient.
Temperatures are fixed for the grill functions. These
temperatures are shown in grey and only for
information.
