suction motor starts running at once the electric
tools are switched ON.
Once the electric tools have been switched OFF,
the vacuum cleaner still runs out for a short time
in order to transfer all the dust from the hose into
the safety filtration bag.
Suction Power Regulation
By a regulator of the suction power (3), you can
regulate the revolution and, consequently, the
suction performance of the vacuum cleaner. This
way you can adapt the suction performance
precisely depending on various conditions.
Acoustic Warning Signal
If the air flow speed falls under 20 m/s, for safety
reasons an acoustic warning signal will sound -
see the section Troubleshooting.
Filter Cleaning
Set the switch (3) to the maximum suction
performance. With the palm of your hand, close
the orifice of the suction nozzle or the suction
hose. Press the button for cleaning the filter (2)
three times. The air flow will clean the lamellas
of the filter from the dust accumulated before.
When using the safety filtration bag the filter "H"
will be covered with dust a little. This coating will
not cause any significant loss of the suction
performance. Therefore, while using the safety
filtration bag you do not have to clean the filter.

Usage and Operation

Suction of liquids
CAUTION! Do not suck in inflammable
liquids!
Before sucking liquids the filtration bag MUST
be taken out and function of the float must be
checked.
It is recommended to use a filter for wet suction
or a filtration sieve. If foam appears, stop the job
immediately and empty the waste vessel.
Suction of dry materials
CAUTION! Do not suck inflammable
materials (except wooden dust)!
To suck dry nonflammable dust with values of
maximum allowable concentration, the diameter
of the suction hose must comply with the
position of the switch (9).
After any suction of liquid the filter is wet and at
suction of dry material it gets clogged more
quickly. Therefore, it is necessary to wash the
filter and dry it or to replace it with a dry one
before proceeding to the dry suction. Before
suction of dry material with maximum value of

dust concentration > 1 mg/m , insert a filtration
bag. Before suction of dry material with
maximum value of concentration < 1 mg/m use
a safety filtration bag. The sucked-in material
may be easily liquidated in a safe way.
After you finish
Switch the vacuum cleaner OFF and pull the
plug out of the socket.
Wind the inlet cable and hang it on the handle.
Empty the vessel and clean the vacuum cleaner.
Liquidate the sucked material in compliance with
the legal provisions. After you have finished
suction of liquids, put the upper section of the
vacuum cleaner aside so that the filter may dry
out.
Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry room, and
protect it against unauthorized use.
After suction without the filtration bag
Take the upper section of the vacuum cleaner off
the waste vessel. With one hand take the handle
on the bottom side of the waste vessel and
unload the sucked-in material. Liquidate the
sucked material in compliance with the legal
provisions.
Before putting the upper section of the vacuum
cleaner on clean the edge of the vessel.
Clean the connecting part of the suction hose
and the hose neck.
After suction of dangerous dust
Replacement of the safety filtration bag
While doing the following activities try not to
whirl the dust more than necessary.
Use a P2-respirator.
When the suction of dangerous dust has been
finished it is necessary to suck out the dust on
the surface of the vacuum cleaner.

Switch the machine OFF and wait approx.
5 minutes: let the dust whirling in the vessel
settle down.
o
Open the closing clamps and dismount the
upper section of the vacuum cleaner.
o
Close the neck of the filtration bag with a
capsule.
o
Remove the safety filtration bag from the
orifice of the vessel and tie it with a strap.
o
Remove the neck of the filtration bag from
the hose.
o
Remove the safety filtration bag from the
vessel and liquidate it in compliance with
legal provisions.
o
Following the instructions (see the packet of
filtration bags), insert a new filtration bag in
the vessel. Push the neck of the filtration
bag against the block at the connecting point
of the hose.
