of kitchen hoods.

OPERATING DESCRIPTION
The transmitter is equipped with 5 keys
for operating the hood, as specified be-
low:
: Light ON/OFF key
: Motor ON (1st speed) OFF key
: to decrease speed.
: to increase speed .
: to set 10 minute timer.
The speed set is indicated by the LED
found in the suction perimeter channel.
Each color generated by the LED cor-
responds to a specific speed, as shown
below:
First speed WHITE
Second speed BLUE
Third speed DARK BLUE
Fourth speed RED
INITIAL OPERATING CONDITION
The manufacturer supplies the remote
control ready for use with factory - pre-
set codes.

OPERATION MODE

Standard configuration:
The factory configuration foresees that
all remote control - hood systems have
the same transmission code.
In the event two 'cooker hoods - radio
control systems' are installed in the
same room or nearby, the two systems
could interfere with each other as they
have the same code. Therefore, the
code of one radio remote control shall
be changed.
Generating a new transmission code:
The radio remote control is supplied
with factory-preset codes.
If a new transmission code is to be ge-
nerated, please carry out the following
procedure: simultaneously press the
keys:
for 2 seconds, the Leds will light up;
then press the keys:
(within 5 seconds). Three flashes of the
LEDs will indicate that the operation has
been completed.
CAUTION ! This operation deletes
any preset codes permanently.
Learning a new transmission code:
Once the transmission code has been
changed in the radio control, the elec-
tronic central unit of the hood must ac-
quire the new code in the following way:
Press the main ON/OFF switch of the
hood (fig. 15); restore power supply to
the electronic central unit. Press the
Light key within the next 15 secon-
ds so that the central unit synchronizes
with the new code.
Resetting the original factory confi-
guration:
To reset the factory configuration, carry
out the following procedure: simulta-
neously press the keys:
for two seconds until the LEDs light up;
then press the keys:
