USAGE

PANELS OPENING

You can open the grease filter covering
panel by slightly pulling it, as shown in
fig. 1.
Open the panel using both hands and
guide it until it is completely open.
ALWYAS GUIDE THE PANEL WITH
YOUR HANDS .
IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY POSSIBLE
DAMAGE, WE RECOMMEND TO RE-
MOVE THE PANEL BEFORE STARTING
INSTALLATION BY LOOSENING THE
FOUR SCREWS SHOWN IN FIG. 2.
In order to ensure proper operation and
performance, the appliance should be
installed at a minimum distance of 2000
- 2100 mm from the floor.
Before performing installation, please
check that all components are not da-
maged, in such a case contact your re-
tailer and do not carry out any installa-
tion operation.
- Use an air exhausting duct whose ma-
ximum length does not exceed 5 meters .
- Limit the number of elbows in the pi-
ping, since each elbow reduces the air
capacity of 1 linear meter. (Ex. : if you
use no. 2 x 90° elbows, the length of pi-
ping should not exceed 3 meters).
- Avoid abrupt direction changes.
- Use a 150 mm. constant diameter duct
for the whole length.
- Use a duct approved by relevant stan-
dards in force.
