Anschlüsse und Inbetriebnahme
Kabel (1) von Dosierpumpe und Controller (2) mit
Klemme verbinden. Es ist egal, welches Kabel Sie
rechts oder links an der Klemme anschließen.
Schlauch (3) auf Stutzen der Dosierpumpe bis Anschlag
aufschieben.
Dosierpumpe senkrecht (4) im Vorratsbehälter einsetzen,
Schlauch wegen guter Entlüftung und Förderung
knickfrei verlegen.
Schlauch mit Klemme (5) an Halter und Beckenrand
befestigen.
Pumpe (4) nicht ohne Wasser betreiben, kurzes
Luftansaugen ist nicht schädlich. Nach Trockenlauf
und anschließendem Wiederbefüllen, die Pumpe durch
Schütteln luftfrei machen.
Netzteil (6) am Controller anstecken, Funktion
überprüfen.
Als Vorratsbehälter empfehlen wir den Behälter 5002.100
mit 13 Liter Inhalt, große Deckelöffnung, handlich beim
Füllen und Reinigen.
Die Dosierpumpe darf nicht mit einer Schaltsteckdose
3150.110 ersetzt werden!
Connections and commissioning
Connect the cable (1) of the dosing pump and controller
(2) with the terminal. It does not matter which wire you
connect to the left or right side of the terminal.
Insert hose (3) into the connecting piece of the metering
pump as far as possible.
Place the metering pump vertically (4) into the storage
tank, making sure to route the hose without kinks to
ensure a good flow-rate.
Attach the hose to the aquarium rim and secure with
clamp (5).
Do not operate the pump (4) without water; although
short dry runs are not harmful. Purge the pump of air by
shaking it, after running dry and re-filling.
Attach the power supply (6) to the controller, and check
the functionality.
As a storage tank we recommend the tank 5002.100 with
13 liters (3.43 USgal.) capacity, with large lid opening to
facilitate an easy filling and cleaning.
The metering pump may not be replaced with a mains
socket outlet 3150.110!
Raccordements et mise en service
Raccordez le câble (1) du Controller (2) à la pompe de
dosage par son raccord rapide. Il n'est pas nécessaire
de respecter les polarités des fils.
Insérez le tuyau (3) dans le manchon de la pompe de
dosage jusqu'à butée.
Posez la pompe verticalement dans son réservoir (4).
Pour une bonne évacuation de l'air et un débit suffisant,
évitez tout coincement du tuyau.
A l'aide de la pince (5), fixez le tuyau à son support puis
sur un rebord de la cuve.
Evitez un fonctionnement à sec de la pompe (4), une
légère aspiration d'air n'ayant cependant aucune
importance. Lors d'un nouveau remplissage du réservoir,
agitez la pompe pour en évacuer l'air.
Raccordez l'alimentation secteur (6) sur le Controller,
vérifiez le fonctionnement.
Pour le stockage de l'eau, nous préconisons l'utilisation
du réservoir 5002.100 avec une capacité de 13 litres, à
ouverture large, pratique à remplir et à nettoyer.
La pompe de dosage ne doit pas être remplacée par une
prise commandée 3150.110 !
